Gaming duty: revalorisation of duty bands

In line with expectations, casino operators will see the bandings for Gross Gaming Yield (GGY) increase in line with inflation.  These increases now mean that GGY in excess of £4,869,500 will be subject to the 50% rate that was introduced with effect from Budget 2007.
